My work is rooted in Ericksonian Hypnosis, a flexible, respectful, creative approach pioneered by Milton H. Erickson.
It rejects rigid protocols and sees each person as unique, with their own rhythms, metaphors, and internal resources.Instead of applying generic scripts, I adapt entirely to your way of thinking, feeling, and experiencing the world, your “map of reality”.
This creates deep, meaningful change in a way that feels natural and safe.

A typical session includes:
A conversation to understand your intention, context and emotional landscape
A personalised induction, designed for your natural way of entering a hypnotic state
The hypnotic work — metaphors, imagery, emotional integration, subconscious exploration
A gentle return to a normal state
A short debrief, grounding, and optional suggestions for after the session
Each session is completely tailored to you.

It varies. Ericksonian work is generally brief but deep.
Some people notice changes in one session, others prefer a series of 3–6 to stabilise and explore further.
We go at your pace, never rushed, never forced.

Most people can safely benefit from hypnosis.
